Virtues and vices

James A Marcum

pp. 59-105

In this chapter, I first discuss in detail the cardinal virtues and vices, including the epistemic or intellectual virtues and vices of prudence and imprudence, followed by the ethical or moral virtues and vices of courage and cowardice, temperance and intemperance, and justice and injustice. I conclude with an exposition on the theological or transcendental virtues and vices of faith and faithlessness, hope and hopelessness, and love and lovelessness.
